Totally incompetent. I had visibly dislocated joint but because he ordered the wrong x rays, he sat there and argued with me while i was in screaming pain, that my shoulder was not dislocated. I walked out to the nursing station and the nurse got me another doctor in the er who was not totally incompetent. And that doctor reset my shoulder properly. I am so livid days later about this.
