Keith is the only Philly real estate agent we will ever need. My wife and I bought our dream home last month and we were lucky to have Keith as our guide throughout the entire process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, thorough, and prioritized our needs at every turn, while keeping costs down as much as possible. He always made himself available for the million questions we had and we can't imagine buying a home without him!
Keith was incredibly helpful and patient with the sale of my condo. I was initially renting it out and had him put it on, then take it off the market. I put it back on the market later and he handled everything for me and even went to the unit to take care of things a few times since I live out of state. It was a challenging ordeal with a unit that was depreciating and he helped me get out from under it. Though it was a very difficult and stressful situation, Keith was amazing through it all and I’m so thankful I found him!
Being new to the area, I knew Keith would be able to get me a house in a neighborhood that would suit my needs. He delivered! We looked at a series of houses on a day I was in the area and the one I chose was actually the first one we saw. Keith was communicative, insightful and helpful — these were three items I truly valued during my experience. I’m very grateful for his expertise. I knew I was in good hands and that provided me peace of mind.
