Excellent group to work with! We really appreciated how open they were to our ideas and suggestions and then were able to put them into place to make them work. Very friendly, hard-working group who managed time well to get the project finished on-time, within budget, and as requested. Left our home neat and clean each day and attempted to provide as minimal disruption as possible (while working in our main entryway). Would definitely use their services again in the future, and highly recommend to others.

We hired this company to do a complete remodel (including demo) of a very small bathroom in our 95-year old home that had not had anything done to it in 42 years (other than cosmetic). The entire process was as painless as possible given the scope of work. Our project manager was very responsive and respectful of the fact that we were continuing to live on site during the process. The workers were perfectionists. They were here every day (M-F) from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. we would happily hire them again for future projects.

The KSC team did a wonderful job renovating my bathroom and converting my walk in attic to a bonus room. Wayne, the project manager, was fantastic! He kept us informed along the way and was very respectful of the fact that we were still living/working in the house while the renovations were going on. We were very picky about a few of the details and he was extremely patient and accommodating. We are 100% satisfied with the work they did for us. I highly recommend this team.

We called Keith Smith Construction to give our vehicle dealership a facelift. We have an older building that used to rely on window A/C units. Since we added central air, we needed to remove the window units and update the store front with new windows. Keith Smith Construction was quick, efficient, and thorough during the entire project. We appreciate the honest, friendly staff and the excellent work they performed. We will definitely use them again in the future!
