I had a deck structure failure that needed to be addressed. After a couple failed attempts with getting other companies to follow through or return calls, I saw Keith Smith Construction doing work at a neighbors house and decided to give them a call. Keith Smith Construction is AMAZING! We had a lot of termite and moisture damage in one corner of our house, where our master bedroom is. Some of the floor joists had actually crumbled and broken. The termites had done a number on the band and sill plate around that corner as well, and had even gotten up into some of the wall studs. They were superb! On time, professional, always in communication with me. When they said they would be there they were there. Prices were reasonable and told upfront without any bait and switch. Each worker was very kind, respectful of my home, good Christian men. Have already recommended them to friends of mine. You cannot find a ************ of people who did the job right the first time. Some of them were such Perfectionist concerning how the final product looked. I cant say enough good things about these people.

My family hired Keith Smith Construction after a terrible experience with a previous contractor who did subpar work and left us with 5 unfinished house projects. Working with ****** ****** and ***** was a completely different story as they were organized, prepared, punctual, and professional. From that first phone call and initial meeting to the final inspection of our front porch portico project, everyone at Keith Smith Construction went above and beyond to build exactly what we had imagined. They listened to our ideas and suggested even better options for our project. ***** suggested using rain chains instead of traditional downspouts on the gutters. Love my kitchen. Doubled the usable space. Everyone was very professional and did a super job! I even had to delay for medical issues, and they were most accommodating to my needs. Great bunch of guys!
