he was brief with me, not exactly patient friendly. he could slow down a bit, show some courtesy. too business like for me, he did burn my leg during a procedure, apologized for not enough anaesthetic : (

Dr. Nichols was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and attentive to my issues. And, his team of professionals (who work alongside him) were extremely friendly and a great help with answering any questions which I had. This was one of the most positive doctors’ appointments I’ve had this year!
I felt very comfortable. My first visit and the experience was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly professional and always kept me informed as to what was happening.
Tests were completed quickly and results read immediately by Dr. Nichols. His diagnosis helped me decide what additional care I might need. Great staff. Everyone was friendly.

I received professional services and excellent care from the Center for Vein Restoration, from Dr. Nguyen and his staff, all very knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend their services for your vein needs!
He did explain the procedure, but not rare complications. He did come in to meet me n talk with he afterwards. A definite plus
