The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor instilled confidence in the results of the study and travel plans moving forward.
All staff are considerate, knowledgeable, and interested in you as the patient. Office environment is cheerful, and you often hear laughter,, which makes everyone feel good. Much Care is taken to give clear explanations by the Doctor and his staff. Office is clean and nicely appointed. In the past, my experience was that everyone was organized and experienced knowing exactly what was needed. Dr. Nickols is not only professional, but kind and humble. He is a kind, caring person.
All personal were caring and helpful. The two nurses were especially accommodating and kind. Dr. Nichols was friendly, knowledgeable and useful. Learn a lot myself and enjoyed the visit.
Patience was displayed with my mother throughout the visit due to she has COPD moving around and getting on the table for her ultrasound was a slow process but the staff member maintained professionalism to the end, the nurse was cheery and made my mother smile. He was gentle with my mother as he wrapped her legs. Doctor Nichols provided a care plan for my mother and we will follow up in a week. I was very surprised how every staff member treated me. They all seemed very caring even though my problem is not as serious as others, I still felt like they treated me as if it was. So glad I was able to go.
Was a bit hesitant being a first time patient but it soon became apparent that the entire staff cares very much for their patients . Very friendly and attentive. Professional and informative. Highly recommend this office .
he was brief with me, not exactly patient friendly. he could slow down a bit, show some courtesy. too business like for me, he did burn my leg during a procedure, apologized for not enough anaesthetic : (
Everyone in the office is very helpful and nice. Customer service is excellent.
