Deceiving experience. When I called, the receptionist was attentive to my needs, but once I arrived, it was a different story. Caring for a child with special needs is already challenging, and being treated poorly at a medical facility only adds to the stress. We had a 2:30 appointment and arrived at 2:15, completing the paperwork promptly. Yet, we found ourselves waiting while three people who arrived after us were seen first. This is the only eye dr I will take my kids or myself. the dr is super informative and very nice. We have been patients for over 10yrs!!!
If you have actual eye problems, may want to find an professional optometrist. I will never recommend them to anyone.
