I called on 3/24/25 left a message stating I would like to schedule an appointment as new patient. I received a call back within a couple of hours & was scheduled for following day 3/25/25. Arrived @ 8:45 my appointment was for 9am. I was greeted very kind & professional both Dr & Staff were very fast & efficient & I was out the door with glasses ordered within 45 minutes start to finish. Also a very CLEAN & Well kept office.
Always great service & very caring. Dr. Menard is the best!
Today was my first time as a patient and I must say if I could give 10 stars I would. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and nice. The rest of the staff and dr was amazing. Best experience ever since it's been years since I've seen a eye dr. Keep up the awesome work..
Deceiving experience. When I called, the receptionist was attentive to my needs, but once I arrived, it was a different story. Caring for a child with special needs is already challenging, and being treated poorly at a medical facility only adds to the stress. We had a 2:30 appointment and arrived at 2:15, completing the paperwork promptly. Yet, we found ourselves waiting while three people who arrived after us were seen first.
