Dr. Egan is kind, thorough, and genuinely open-minded, which has made a real difference in my care. When my previous PCP left Kaiser, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’ve been really grateful for his thoughtful approach, consistent follow-through, and the feeling that I’m being cared for as a whole person, not just a chart. His communication is thoughtful and timely, and I always leave appointments feeling informed and supported.
