Initially the roof looked good and seemed like they did a good job. We just had all the vinyl trim and old gutters removed from our house and once all that was removed we discovered one of the plywood sheets likely needed replaced because the roofline by our front door was sagging. Once all the old gutters were off, we also noticed the roofing sticking up in several places all across the front and some on the back. Called about 15 times, and texted him numerous times! Spoke with him twice and he told me that he would get back to me and come by to do a roof inspection. He never showed up or called me back. Nothing but a waste of my time. Very unprofessional.
