Overall Rating 10 STARS! Our grandmother needed some work done on her ice maker. He dropped what he was doing, headed over to her house, did the job thoroughly, helped her understand the process. He helped an elderly lady to the fullest. Our society has lost touch with positive doings such as this. Thank you for taking the time to help her. I called this company to take a look at some appliances that were all connected and started backing up one day. Instead of running an initial camera inspection, they attempted to clear the "clog", then came back and ran an inspection. It turned out the main pipe under my house was cracked and holding water. They waited several days to schedule the camera inspection. I had to call them to schedule it! Then, I waited another week for an estimate for the work that needed to be done!
