Just had had my 2nd visit with This Dr and my Last. The worst bedside manners very dismissive and he becomes very agitated when asked questions. Whatever happen to Patient Bill of Rights? Also he’d given me a brace that my foot became irritated and swollen after every use I ask could I change for a shorter brace he says Don’t you think I would’ve given you that in the first place I was Shocked! Very rude He Never Never touched my foot although he had on gloves?Very Disappointed Wasted Visit.

His assistant started making a temporary orthotic for my foot even before he ever came into the office or spoke to me for the first time - I guess they made up their minds on treatment without talking to me! Of course, based on this, this foot pad was irrelevant and had nothing to do with my foot problems. He didn't explain those and I knew nothing more of how to treat them when I left the visit. My first Podiatrist visit - couldn't be more disappointed.

I thought I would give Dr. Luper another chance after last year's awful visit because he was the only one available on short notice. (I wonder why?) This time I got a bad case of Gout and I needed help and medication for a $40 copay. I got nothing in return accept a uric acid test, snide remarks, no treatment, no meds and 10 minutes later he was out the door. My wife and I called out "WAIT" then he turned and said "I would not put ice on that" and out the door he went. Stay clear.

I recently saw Doctor Luper. I have to say that he is the worst DPM I have seen in my life time. I would not recommend him to my dog much less a human being. Beware, stay away.

Dr. Luper and his staff werr wonderful! My son was experiencing foot and ankle pain. Dr. Luper thoroughly explained what the cause could be, how to treat it, and what to expect. His nurse was so friendly. She kept my son laughing the whole time. I highly recommend Dr. Luper!
