Attempted to purchase a home 7 years ago. I called and spoke to their Realator to submit the offer. They refused to submit the offer because they thought it was to low (against the law). Maybe they have gotten better and not letting personal opinions interfere with business decisions.
Calvin and I have used Derik Keith team 2 times to sell our properties. both times he worked hard to get us the best deal possible.
