Me and my mom were actively looking for a townhome or apartment. Both of us have good credit and have been approved for every apartment and townhome we apply for. Don told us we would need a co signer. We absolutely would never need a cosigner. He also lied to us and said the Odenville apartment complex had been rented. These men are scammers do not rent from them. If you need any other proof please search his name in the "What's happening Leeds" group on Facebook. It will tell you everything you need to know.
Wouldn't give a single star if i could! This man has done me wrong twice. First time i made an appointment with him to see a rental and showed up for my appt, only for him to laugh hysterically in my face telling me i was an hour too late and somebody had already rented it out. Told me to get an application and have it filled out for when another rental came available. Did just that, a few weeks went by and i saw a perfect rental for me and my son. I have had to rent from Keith hall for quite a while 5 years. My dishwasher has never worked my power flickers on and off after asking multiple times please fix. Still not fixed. If you are a few days late with rent you will start getting eviction notices telling you that you have 7 days to move. On the 10th day you owe 75$ and 5$ each day after. A building inspector was called because of people falling down the stairs not fixed. SLUMLORD I would give - 10 stars if I could
