We have been renting from Keith Evans property management for about 6 months, we reported a small leak coming from the kitchen sink and water flow issues in the shower. Their response time was great and the plumber, Patrick did a great job and ensured all concerns were addressed AND then he made sure to clean up behind himself! Great Job! I highly recommend this company!!

I’ve been a tenant with Keith Evan’s maybe for over 10 years. Prior to moving at this location the owner did not accept vouchers but Keith Evan’s spoke highly of me and he agreed to accept vouchers.I’ve had one issue paying on time when I lost my brother tragically.They were very understanding waived the late fees even. Now since this new management has a came alone idk if she’s simply against ppl using section 8 vouchers or if she’s down right prejudice.
