Keith has lost his touch. He used to be excellent and provide the best return, but two years in a row he waisted my time because Turbo Tax can do the same thing for free.
This guy is the worst!!! He messed up on my taxes from 2018 and I got a notice in the mail that I have to pay $7400, I contacted him about it so he can fix it and he told me to mail a letter to the IRS. We all know that was a joke. IRS took their sweet time and interest was added. You are better off doing your own taxes in crayon with a blindfold on than trusting him to assist in any way.
Fraud. I paid for my taxes and he never filed for me. Even emails documents. But never actually filed with IRS.
