He was very mechanical, not personable at all. I asked about how an optometrist gets a practice at Costco - is it a rigorous process. He said he didn't remember. (I was slyly checking out Costco's vetting process and his credentials) I had a better rapport with the chair than with him. THe exam appeared to be adequate. I went there because it was convenient and within Costco and reasonably priced. I probably won't go back.
