My brother has 50+ years in the builder and inspection industry. He has worked directly with , and inspected Barker Roofing projects for decades. His personal recommendation was spot on. Grateful to have Keith Barker and his fantastic team on my side on this re-roof project !
Company had installed our roof 11 years ago and we called when spots appeared on our ceiling. They inspected our roof and told us there was no leak, the spots appeared to be splatter from below (life with grandkids). They even brought a ladder inside and cleaned the spots for us, no charge. Bottom line, the tile roof they installed 11 years ago is still solid and their service is excellent. Hope we don't ever have a leak, but if we do I'm calling Keith Barker Roofing.
There are too many roofers with a focus on customer service. I recommend never using this company because the last thing on their mind is customer service. They don't finish work, make excuse and excuse, and use fast talking to make a customer seem inept. Never again!
Never got back to me about my quote when I called to ask about it I was given the run around. Save your time and call somewhere that prioritizes their potential customers
Absolutely blown away by the level of service! Even though the job was technically out of warranty, the team didn’t hesitate to step up and take care of a minor issue I was having. They could’ve easily brushed it off or charged me for the fix, but instead, they went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. I highly recommend this company—they truly stand behind their work and take pride in doing the right thing. Five stars all the way!
