Car was stolen late night on 11/7. Contacted State Farm same day and filed my police report. Got in a rental car. They said they’d cover up to $600. Car was recovered late night 11/10 by police. Couldn’t release car 11/11 because it was Veterans Day so released it 11/12. State Farm would not answer phone calls to help me with tow yard fees ($420). Tow yard was kind enough to waive the fees. Got a bill this week for much higher. Covid variant is running rapid. People are losing jobs. Money is hard to come by. People are staying at home...afraid to travel. State Farm raised my rate premium insurance . I only go to the store and back. It seems like State Farm pays the football players more on their commercials and the customers have to "FOOT" the bill.

A letter was sent to the complainant on January 20, 2022. We have reached a satisfactory resolution. Our position is firm, but we will review and consider any new information if presented.
Do not do business with this company if you are in an animal services business. I paid for coverage for nearly 5 years on an Animal Services Policy. I just recently filed a claim for an injury incurred while grooming a dog. It was my first claim. My policy's first line on list of coverages was Animal Injury. They refused to cover the vet bill stating that the coverage did not include injury to pets by me, the groomer. I have 3 accounts with State Farm (mortgage, auto & business). 2 of those (auto & Business), I have been getting a “NOTICE OF CANCELATION” every month. To eliminate any further notices, I made double payments several times on both accounts. When I recently spoke to headquarters and my agents office, neither could tell me what my balances are. I've been a State Farm customer for almost 20 years. We recently experienced a severe storm in ***** ********that caused some property damage to our 3600 square foot home. Roughly a third of the roof was damaged and a section of our back porch. There were a significant number of shingles blown off the back of our roof and even more shingles with broken seals (when the wind blows the shingles do the wave). Horrible Road Side Assistance Service. I have been trying to get my battery jumped for almost twenty-four hours. The service providers they use don’t respond. They give you a false sense of ETA. Three times, three different times of the day, the indicator read “Arriving Soon” and no one ever showed or called. I was stuck in freezing weather for hours. State Farm’s premiums are way too high to allow for this failed service.
A car that has an insurance with STATE FARM hit my car on 07/2020 (hit and run caught by security camera). at the time they opened a claim for me and requested me to submit verifications, I did submit pictures and videos twice and they have not resolve this situation. 7 months after. I had to file more than one claim with State Farm in a span of almost two years due to scuffs and scratches on my car. My latest incident occurred in 9/2021. On each of these incidents I never saw the car/person who did them. It is with the fourth claim I'm filing this complaint. After I filed my fourth claim, a rep contacted me, I told her I wanted to do the pocket estimate as I did with my previous claims.
