I had State Farm for all my policies for 40 years. They cancelled my car insurance after my car was totaled in a hit and run collision. The other driver was found and his insurance paid. The only recent claims beside these were for 2 battery "jumps" last spring on another vehicle I own. Statefarm repeatedly lied about the time period they need to get payment for my claim to us. They moved the goal post each time we called. Eventually doing an electronic deposit they failed to do something on their end because literally a minute I got off the phone furious at them we received payment. However because they kept delaying payment we repeatedly had to renew our rental racking up cost despite the fact our repairs were already completed and just awaiting payment. State Farm decided not to renew our policy showing that we had 4 claims and this is a lie. We had no loses at all with State Farm. They have a claim listed that was not even a claim that the State Farm Rep opened on accident and on October 4th 2022 told me she would be fixing that. State Farm is being untruthful and after many attempts by myself and my agent Jeff Love, we have had no resolution to what they are claiming as losses. So I put in a claim some time back and it's hard to catch up with the adjuster, but he has the nerve to send me a email and letter, saying he been trying to reach me, answer your phone or answer my email and you will reach me.

I went through State Farm due to one of their policy holders totaling my parked car. The process was fine but when it came to the rental they refused to extend it in any case for me to be able to look at other cars to purchase a replacement or even till I had gotten my settlement money. Honestly disgusted by this treatment when I have no wrong doing in this situation.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is awful. One of their clients ran into my fence, with her car. She was feet away from running into the kids I’m the swimming pool. She destroyed the fence. They said it’s super easy. Get a quote and we will fix it. Sadly that isn’t the case. After multiple phone calls, hours of missing work for quotes, no return phone calls, it was clear this was going to be harder than they said. I have used State Farm for over 40 years with good service until now. My insurance has been going up every month for the last year averaging $30-$50 each time with no explanation. When I do get an answer I get lied to. I am currently looking to get away from this joke of a company with nicer people.

My experience with State Farm was one of extreme frustration. I came from ***** with the promise of lower rates. A month after I switched and I had signed up for Drive Safe and Save, they raised my rate by almost double without telling me why. I called my local agent and their main office several times but was only told it was an underwriting decision and that the underwriters don't interface with customers. Have been with State Farm for over 10 years. Had my roof looked at for possible replacement. The first adjuster said yes you need a new roof? Funny he was taken off as my adjuster then sent me another one!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well he said you need some repairs at a cost of around 700.00 dollars. Who has 700 dollars laying around in this economy?
