Joel Thurston sent an email saying that both me and my wife at the time (who was his client) would be broke at the end of the divorce. And he was right he also made his client broke also. I had to put in several state bar complaints also.
My wife and I hired KTO for two different purposes: adopting a child and creating an estate plan, and we were thrilled with both results. KTO was proficient, easy to work with, and affordable. Very poor experience. The process took far longer than necessary, communication was minimal, and the fees were far higher than expected. I did not feel the firm acted in my best interests. I would not recommend their services.
