I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dr. McEwen and the workers there. Even the ultrasound sonographer is so caring. Although Dr. McEwen was not my doctor during my last pregnancy (I had Kaiser at this time), she is the reason why I was able to go on and have a successful pregnancy. If I could give 0 STARS I WOULD‼️ I haven’t written a review for a provider or company in an extremely long time if I ever. This providers office does not value new patients at all and as a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent I am appalled that they sent me an email the day of telling me I had to be there 30mins prior to my appointment because they do not offer any grace period for late arrivals when I already had other appointments scheduled prior to this one and 10mins prior to my appointment time they called me while I was in m... read more
I would highly recommend Dr. Keisha! My first meeting with her put me at ease, gave me a great plan for my medical condition and I didn’t feel like I was just a patient. She was seeing I felt like she had been literally dealing with me for years.. She’s an amazing surgeon as well. My surgery went extremely well. My scar is barely visible in her aftercare and Team were extremely patient and helpful..
The care I have received so far here has far underperformed what I thought this experience would be under the care of primarily Black women. My first visit, the first visit no one could locate my electronic paperwork and I had to do it all over again. I am also having a really hard time grasping why no one explained to me as a new patient the operations and logistics of seeing a new person every time I come to visit which has now been 3 times.
