my dad was in need of a specialist he has been experiencing rectal bleeding for almost a year now and his PCP referred him to this dr. as i do all of his medical appointment setups, it was me personally who attempted to make the appointment. finally after two weeks of calling i speak to a woman who says they will have to call back to set up a phone screen appointment. they never called him. the referral had to be resubmitted and guess what? dad was re referred to this same office. poor dad, its not right.

Horrible Horrible. They are sending my friend a bill for $2,550. He never step a foot in their office. They couldn't even get his an appointments right. These people act as if their elevators are not going all the way to the top. They are Coo COO for CoCo Puff. Crazy. How are they still in Business. That i do not understand.

Total scam. Never could get a colonoscopy booked with these people. They wanted to do a phone appointment just to discuss a possible surgery date (and bill my insurance and I each time for that “appointment”)…finally had enough and refused to do business with them. Completely unethical way of scheduling a patient…
