Tengo q decir q hacen pesimo trabajo, lo mas importante cuando te haces labs es lipid panel y esta Dr q me atendio no se q escuela paso q lo omitio, es la ultima vez q visito esta clinica, que poco passion y professionalism con El paciente como si fuera regalado el servicio, y nada mas importara.
En el laboratorio el personal de flobotomia no tiene mucha experience y la experiences no es muy grata cuando te comical la aguja varias veces
I had a disappointing experience at Keila Hoover’s office in Kendall. I came in for a medical clearance and my surgeon had already told me that no extra labs or tests were required for this procedure. Despite that, the office pushed a long list of additional tests that felt unnecessary and clearly aimed at charging more. The waiting time was also excessive, with no communication or respect for patients’ time. Overall, it felt more about money than patient care, and I would not recommend this office.
⚠️ Warning for self-pay patients ⚠️ Do not go to any of Dr. Hoover’s clinics if you don’t have insurance. If you are self-pay, they will push unnecessary procedures and tests just to make you spend more money. For example, I was charged for a full doctor’s visit just to have my PPD test read, and they even tried to get me to do an abdominal sonogram that wasn’t needed.
