Beware. I had to retain a lawyer to cancel my family's listing. They are crooked. They tied up our listing as pending for a bad buyer and refused to show to good buyers.Don't say you weren't warned. They are only looking out for themselves. Once you sign the listing agreement you can't get out. This is the only brokerage I ever had that refused to cancel a listing.
