I hired Keil Construction for a complete row home renovation in SE DC. We took the house down to the bricks, built it out, dug out a basement, added a roof deck. Bottom line is that not only would I never hire Jeff to renovate another home, but I would never buy a home I know he had renovated. We had such a great experience with Keil Construction and especially with the owner Jeff Keil. We had a complete gut renovation of our 1925 Capitol Hill townhouse and set up a weekly meeting with Jeff and our architect. Those meetings helped us quickly move through any issues that came up and also spared us lots of headaches.
