We used Keidel Supply when building our house in 2015. Since then we have had a few issues with purchases that were under warranty. Each time they could not have been more helpful. They contacted the manufacturer for us and took care of all the paperwork. Most recently we dealt with Raven. She was excellent. We would recommend Keidel Supply without hesitation. We definitely will use them for any projects in future.
The customer service is very lacking. The only friendly and responsive person is the front desk lady, should promote her. The rest, including the manager, are not very friendly or responsive. It's like they don't care, even when you are spending thousands. They other day, I called and asked them to look up a very expensive showerhead I purchased 2 1/2 years ago because it broke.
