Customer service is alive and well!!! I decided to try mountain biking after not having owned a bike for many years. After asking around "go see Robb at Kegel's" was what people kept telling me. I can see why, Robb and his staff seem to have mastered the lost art of customer service. I could not be more pleased with my bike purchase and the friendly and knowledgeable service and advice I have received. Kegel's truly has that local bike shop vibe that is hard to come by. I brought my high school bicycle in to bring it back to life and the owner and staff were sooo friendly and got me set up with a great helmet and answered all my silly questions and checked out my bike for me to make sure it was all working properly! Love love Kegel's being in our Charles Street neighborhood!

There are a couple really good bike shops in the Rockford / Loves Park area but none better than Kegels. These guys are cyclists who know all kinds of bikes, fit, options and accessories. They take care of business both before and after your purchase.
