The apparel staff are unprofessional and unpleasant. The clothing selection is the worst of any dealership in the Tri State area. They also had my bike for three weeks for service and didn't fix the problem. I ended up taking my bike and my business to DeKalb HD. The DeKalb apparel staff is awesome and the selection is fabulous! I find more than I can afford to buy every time I go in. Dubuque HD is another great place to buy apparel. Will never recommend Kegel to anyone.
The people there treat my wife and I like friends.Nice selection of accessories, and all ways a friendly greeting when we walk in the door.
