I bought my new 2006 Softail from KEGELS in 2005 and was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service and professionalism there!!! Everybody involved was helpful from picking out the bike all the way thru to the pickup!!!
I had a wonderful visit with the staff of fine fellows and ladies. I came in to purchase a casino chip and ended up hanging around a couple hours. Got a Dr Pecker and helpful information on My new Vrod. :)
After years of dealing with a different dealership I made the decision to go to Kegel Harley Davidson. The sales experience was better than expected! Hats off to Richard Olson. Had a few bumps in the road after the sale, but after sitting down with Mark Kegel and Richard everything is back on track. Dean couldn't help my husband with a very simple issue and when my husband asked to see Kenny, he immediately went from zero to sixty in a matter of seconds and got in my husband's face, not once, but twice. Kegel's is going to have some serious liability consequences if they don't take care of their poor customer service issues quickly. I have never witnessed something so unprofessional in my entire life!!!
