I hate dealing with this facility! The last time I got an oil change, I was there for two hours. When I inquired, she looked confused and went to check on my car. She came back and said they “are running behind.” However, everyone that came in after I did left long before I did. I looked outside and saw my car. They had forgotten mine! Last week I had to order a part. I could only order it through Kia. I had to pay upfront (I don’t mind that) and was told it would be there late Friday or early Saturday.
