Been getting bounced around on the phone for 25 minutes! Nobody wants to work. Lazy people. Smh.
They will do everything they can NOT to service your vehicle.
Good company
I dropped my car off 8:00 a.m. Tuesday. Now it's 8:00 a.m. Friday I've heard nothing. I tried calling the service department and it says the mailbox is full. I've texted and called my service representative and the call drops. How many people can afford to leave their car at a service department for 3 days with no communication? It's ridiculous.
