I had pretty good service and communication, all things considered. At first I thought they were trying to squeeze money out of me but eventually they heard my argument and fought for my repair to be covered under warranty and succeeded. They didn’t get me in a loaner car because a loaner was not available but they did give me the information for rental reimbursement. Communication was all over text with very quick responses.
