Dr. Costas Kefalas really listens to my concerns. He is professional and very caring.
Dr Kefalas doesn’t care about patients. He was consulted on an urgent case, agreed to see the patient in an expedited appointment, then suddenly cancelled the appointment and refused to reschedule. The patient and family are desperate to be seen, but Dr. Kefalas and his office won’t even bother to take a phone call to discuss this. Unacceptable, would not recommend this doctor or practice to anyone.
