m an ex-employee with the company. This man is the most incompetent person I have ever had the displeasure of working for. In the time I worked there I witnessed him stealing money from clients, charging for work that was never performed, and falsifying documents. He has been sued countless times and spends most his time going to and from the courtroom. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! WE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR LITTLE DUPLEX AND THEY WERE JUST HORRIBLE THEY NEVER HELPED US OUT WITH ANYTHING THEY JUST GAVE US THE RUN AROUND. This is the worst property management company. They make up fees to get more money from you. Carpet gets installed without owners permission and than the owner gets stuck with the bill. I had over a \$200 elec bill because they did not check on the property while it was vacant and the AC had got left on. They sent me a cancelation letter because I had not signed a new rental contract with them. So I gave them over a 30 day notice to cancel the services and they are trying to charge me \$600 for a contract cancellation fee. I... read more
Absolute worst company ever and I do mean worst. We lived there for 3 years only because they wouldnt let me out of the lease when my husband deployed, and I took is orders in with me. I was told that if I moved out they would charge me 3 times the normal rent. They only fixed one thing at the house and that was because my husband went into there office every day till it got done. my husband was recently deployed and I relocated to another state after having lived in a rental home under KEF/CENTURY management for almost a year. upon move in we had to leave a \$700 security deposit. my husband and I were very respectful of the property and were stunned to receive my security deposit almost 2 months after i moved out and for only \$47.00!!! after reviewing the "damages" we were penalized for about 98% of what we were charged for was previous damages already listed on the check in. We only lived there for a few months before i was deployed, but KEF would help us out with NOTHING. First our AC was broken when we moved in and they wouldnt fix it. They told us we couldnt get a deposit waiver from them because they let deploying soldiers out of their lease, but it took a lot of arguments and hollering for them to even do that.
