Description of Work: Demolition of existing house and build a new custom house. We hired Keever and Associates to build our new custom house after we had completed the design and drawings, and after we had started the permitting process at the City. Kyle met with us to discuss the plans, drawings, and our overall sense of the project. I will hire Keever and Associates again in a heartbeat. Kyle and team engaged in a custom/unique home overhaul including foundation, framing, siding, windows, and finishes. They knew their trade, they did the right thing at all times, were responsive, and were highly professional in all aspects, both before, during, and after the work. There are few contractors out there who successfully combine these characteristics in the way that Keever does. 5 star recommendation.
