K&A put in a new basement in our home. They did a great job and stayed very close to budget and the original timeline.
Kyle and team were total professionals. They did a great job of explaining a major foundation issue we had under a wall at our home. They educated us well so we understood their solution and approach, then documented things every step of the way. They included pictures and project write up so that we could use this info in the future when we sold the house to prove work was done well. Kyle, his brother Karsen and father, Ed Keever did an amazing remodel project on our home. Every step of the way there was communication, professionalism and amazing organization. Keever and Associates was hired to convert the crawlspace in house to an unfinished basement. Work included dirt removal, demolition of exsiting conoform supports, installation of drainage tube, reenforcement of exsiting foundation walls, pouring of new foundation walls and slab; constructed stairway access from main level, several stud-framed walls, and installed windows; electrical work included lighting and outlets. They did two remodels for us and they were terrific. The job looked fantastic when it was completed. The materials used and the finished product were what we wanted. After we sold the house the new owner called me again to compliment on what a great house it was. And of the utmost importance - I could trust Keever & Associates.
