had an electric oven element go out on me last week. Went to Keeven and they said they usually had it in stock but they had more on order. gave them the money for it on Friday and they called me on Monday and told me it was in. Certainly a great place to do business with and to get parts, service, or new appliances from. This is now my new go-to place! Thanks Keeven Appliance!
Keeven Appliance is in my neighborhood. I had passed it for years. One morning my fridge was dead. They came in less than 30 minutes, and Stan the Man diagnosed instantly and fixed. Of course we wish we never had to make the call, however, this experience was a painless as an unexpected bill can be. Fridge is colder than ever. Thanks Keeven and Stan!
Called this morning and New washer was at my house by 3:00 this afternoon.
Stan from Keeven repaired our dryer today. He was very quick and fixed it. This would've been a five star review had it not been for a slight pricing disagreement. Barb from the office intervened and helped me out. I might add I'm on a fixed budget, but Barb satisfied my small issue. Thank You Barb for a job well done.
