The lady we worked with was very nice but there was a long wait to open an account. An eta or where you are in line. One of the office ladies stopped helping a customer to talk to a man about selling a phone. I thought it was odd.
Took forever to make a simple deposit of a social security check because the amount was "above the amount" the clerk was authorized to deposit! Stupid
