Do not bank with Keesler !!!!!! Especially for a car loan. They screwed me into an additional $1200 charge tacked onto my account. Then their third party insurance company said it was not Keeslers fault so they wouldn’t give me a refund and basically told me to go screw myself. I showed the proof. they wanted of my deployment to waive the fee and they just tacked it on anyways. Trash company. This was just the cherry on top, to the many issues I’ve had. This was the worst loan experience of my life. April Merkle was horrible. Did not return calls or emails. Just a bad experience. I gave up after 30 days of receiving the worst customer service. She really should be terminated. Obviously from other reviews I have read after my bad experience management don't care. Don't waste your time trying to get a loan through them.

I've been with Keesler for 50 years since graduating Biloxi High School. Great service, customer care and rates. Thank you Keesler! You know when you've been around for a while when your bank / credit union mails you a 50th Anniversary Customer Appreciation Card. Crazy that they kept computer records going back that far.
