I went to this clinic with concerns of 4 painful bumps on my scalp and one behind my ear. Keesha Kaplan was the provider. I have never been treated more rudely. She said that the bumps on my scalp were cysts, but she would not take care of them until 2 weeks out. She said since it was not cancerous, it was not a priority. I then would have to get an MRI for the bump behind my ear. I left the office in pain and with no real solution or referral for an MRI (which my insurance requires).
