Nice people work at Keesee Motor Co. Two young men were sent to my home to get my Ford150 pickup to take to Keesee Service Center for recall fixes. They returned the truck in about 3 hours. I was very pleased with the entire process. Owner: Rosalie Cooperchase PS I don't have any photos or videos of the men at work. Sorry about that!
Gave a 4 because of a missed diagnosis on the used truck I purchased. However, the service department was great in that they took me right in when I called on my way out of town and fixed the issue so I could continue with my out of town appointment.
From Deb, the service advisor, to the salesman (Kelly?) who helped me access a courtesy vehicle, my experience was outstanding. I live in Illinois but I purchased my vehicle from Keesee primarily because of the wonderful personal, caring culture that seems pervasive there.
Deb was friendly and very helpful with my warranty issue as we were passing through town.
Keesee Motors is the best. Their customer service was excellent! I would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a Ford.
