I spoke with my tenant as he was moving out to say thanks for taking care of the place. He was singing their praises. Not that common for a tenant, particularly a realtor who was initially difficult. Ben will go far in this business.
Karla looking after my properties certainly has made my life a whole lot easier. She's responsive and attentive, diligent and quick with everything she does, so it has been a great pleasure being looked after by her. The team did an excellent job of marketing my East Orlando rental property and finding me a good tenant. Even with a slowing rental market, Equity First was able to locate a tenant in just over one month’s time. The customer service and follow up has been outstanding and I enjoy receiving my monthly accounting statement and proceeds check at the end of each month. Thank you for a job well done.
