WOW!!!! After three (3) frustrating visits to Borsheims' Jewelry Repair, the prongs on my wedding ring were still constantly catching on fabric, together with being very rough to the feel. I finally took the ring to Keepsakes Jewelry & Watch Repair, and within 2-hours I got a call that my ring was ready for pick-up. It is PERFECT and beautifully cleaned.....all for a mere cost of $20. Definitely my go-to place from now on.
They do an amazing job for a good price and it's also done fast.
Excellent customer service, and excellent work! They were able to repair a pewter belt buckle for me when I couldn't even find another shop in town to look at it! The cost was perfectly reasonable, and they completed the repair faster than they quoted me. There is absolutely no room for improvement in my experience with them.
