Six months and EIGHT HUNDRED+ dollars later, I receive my flowers in the WRONG FRAME. Additionally, what you get is absolutely not worth the money. Eight hundred dollars for old flowers in a frame, and you can't even get the frame order right? Quality is not good and the flowers definitely look dead and nothing like they did in my wedding pictures. Completely disappointed.

We spoke with her for the first time since she received her finished product on September 29 and assured her that we would work with her to make modifications to her keepsake to alleviate her concerns.
