WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE – WOW! Keepsake Floral took $933 from me then lost my flowers, blamed UPS (UPS was hired by Keepsake Floral to deliver my flowers) and refused to refund me!! So now I have paid this company $933 and Dana at Keepsake Floral says she won't refund me. It's not her fault she says. UPS says they were hired by Keepsake Floral, so any payment by them for their error has to paid to Keepsake Floral. UPS says they sent paperwork to Keepsake Floral to allow them to make a claim, but Dana at Keepsake Floral told me that unless UPS pays Keepsake Floral a lot of money, she is not going to give any to me. She said it cost her a lot of money to make our "keepsake" and she needed to get reimbursed too.
So she said that I was just out of luck. She was not going to refund me and that was that.
Can you even imagine a business operating that that???
I lodged a complaint with the FTC and I am in the process of lodging one with the Better Business Bureau. Finally, the florist for our wedding who recommended Keepsake Floral (who is livid with them) is going to help me get Keepsake Floral to refund me.
This is all too incredible to be believed, but it's true. DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY
