Unhelpful and rude honestly. Definitely not the place to go for custom work as they have absolutely no clue what they’re talking about.
I went to 3 different other jewelers to sell a piece of silver and they gave me the highest offer…. A former jeweler friend weighed my piece and told me what a reasonable offer was…. they provided that exact $$$ figure…Highly recommend this place for selling.
Wonderful experience! My fiancé and I recently purchased our wedding bands here. John was so easy to talk to, very personable and gave us his time generously as he worked with us to help us find our perfect rings. This place is fantastic.(first booth on the l.eft). I had many items repaired. Manuel was so helpful and patient with me. John had repaired all items, I couldn’t even see where he repaired the hinge on my bracelet. This is now , my new go to place and the verity of jewelry is nice! Thank you fellas!!!!
