There is no customer care, not finishing the job in a timely manner. All of his supplies are on my lawn, this is a eye sore, and he is not responding.

My husband couldn't keep up with the gardens. Justin came with great ideas and was very knowledgeable. The gardens look wonderful and are very low maintenance now. They cleaned up all the messes. Compliments from the neighbors. Perfect! Already thinking about projects for next year for them.
They are always professional and very timely. Usually they come on Thursdays., If they cannot come out on Thursday, they always call me and they come out the next day. They clean up after themselves and leave no grass debris behind. They even do designs on the grass which looks really nice.
