I had my car at Keen's AutoBody for repair after an accident.First, it needed to be towed to its location. Days went by I didn't hear from anyone at the business. They need to take a look at what needed to repair. Ask time went on I would call to check the status. They never once were I told there was a parts problem until I kept asking them about the status. I then was told they needed to get the right bumper. They had one that wasn't the one for my make and the model sent me a picture of it and I told them no I didn't want that bumper. The next thing was the radiator they got the wrong one and had to send it back more than once. I couldn't understand if it have a part number where is it coming from to get it wrong? Okay, that sent up red flags. I was told several times when they would be finished with it but then that would change. WE WILL TRY TO HAVE IT DONE ON ? When they called and told me my car was ready I went to pick it up. Looking a the bodywork it looked great them bumper was right. They told me they put something on my faded headlights to help me see at night, Okay, I went inside to pay my deductible and sign the checks from insurance. That's when I made the mistake because the car was shaking vibration just sitting inside. Motor jumping. They told me that because it was sitting for a while that it would get better to take it home, I called the insurance company they told me to take it back to them. The next day I did. Three men came to look and one mechanic did a test drive and said it does shake when yours stop and they check when the air conditioner is turn on it vibrant more. THEN ASK THEY WERE LOOKING UNDER THE **** AND SAID THAT SINCE I HAD BEEN DRIVING THE NEWER CAR I DIDN'T REMEMBER HOW MY CAR FELT LIKE! What?? I make sure my car is well maintained. Then when my insurance person called they said that I wasn't shaking and vibrating. I told him the lied to him! I took my car to the dealership. They checked my car it needed a motor mount.
