My only issue is that drivers seat still hasn't been fixed. 4 Star : Repair Quality I've had cars repaired here before and they've done a great job. The repair took over 9 months to complete but this was mainly due to the age of the vehicle (2005 Infiniti FX35) and commication with the insurance companies. 5 Star : My Experience My car looks brand new again. Everyone is friendly on the phone and in person. I was told that the part would be ordered before I took my car to Keens but it hadn’t. I thought I’d have my car back in a few days instead it was 2 weeks.
