I lived here for 4 years & experienced many issues with the unit & landlord. Issues with unit: 1) Windows are from 1977, you lose heat in winter & pay the hydro 2) Outdated paint, carpets & flooring 3) Paper thin walls, you can hear your neighbor cough 4) No natural light, very gloomy 5) Maintenance technicians have no experience 6) Loading zones infront of the building aren't cleared in winter 7)Snow in the parking lot is only cleared once all winter 8) Water leaks in attic because it's not properly insulated 9) Building sh... read more
Worst place to rent from buildings have no sound proofing. Paper thin walls. Parking stalls barely fit a small car. 50$ a month for a parking stall when they only clear the snow in the lot once over the winter.
Trying to get Ac fixed for 3 weeks and still nothing been done
