Excellent job. I've just missed 2 races while standing in line for s beverage. Either increase the facilities or limit the admission. Btw I've been coming for 30+ years

Yesterday my husband and I drove down. The drive was gorgeous. We had to park way out giving us a 20 minute walk. Once inside there was zero space to move. It was downright scary. It took us 10-15 minutes to "walk/pushing" through the crowd to get to the grandstand. We couldn't see anything and there was no room to stand or sit. So without even getting to see one race we journeyed back out another 10-15 minute "walk/pushing." Only to walk another 20 minutes back to the car. Keeneland is an experience, not just a day at the races. Pure class.
I had a terrible time at the Breeders Cup! Only 1 restroom for general admin, the shuttle service on Saturday, was a complete failure, we was stuck in the elements, with no where to go to get warm! Prices were sky high on concessions! $7.00 for a beer! No where to sit! Had a teller try to short me @ window 1207! I WILL NEVER GO TO KEENLAND AGAIN!
This place sucks. Bourbon room ran out of food at half their stations. Lines winding throughout. Never coming to the shithole again.

Such a fun time with great experiences! I've met so many wonderful people and watched some incredible races. I love this place as a customer and an employee.
I have worked at Saratoga for many years. it's a great place for 40 days in summer. its great that keeneland gets a chance to host this event, I'm sure they will do a great job. its so tough for people in the east to get to santa anita every year. now we can get to go. yeah.....the match between AP AND BEHOLDER will be worth the trip
